The Crime Free Rental Housing Program will be offering a Landlord training seminar at the Country Club Hills Police Station from 5pm to 9pm. Participants must register for the class at least 1 day prior to the training date at City Hall. The seminar registration fee is $50.00 which is to be paid upon signup at City Hall. Please note that a rental inspection by the City will also be required and information will be provided.
