The City of Country Club Hills ordinance 6.2.02 states “It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park said vehicle on any street within the City of Country Club Hills between the hours of 3:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M., including State Highways within the jurisdiction of the City.” The police department will allow parking per ordinance as indicated below.
If overnight parking is needed, overnight parking permission may be requested by submitting the online form or by contacting the Police Department at (708) 798-3191 x2 prior to 3:00 A.M. The police department reserves the right to revoke the privilege of those using this system if a person is found to be falsifying or manipulating the system in order to obtain extra days of overnight parking.
- All requests must be received prior to 3:00 A.M. cutoff.
- Overnight parking is limited to three (3) nights per vehicle for every thirty (30) day period.
- Any incorrect information entered resulting in the issuance of a ticket will not be a reason to dispute the ticket in question.
- Note that posted signs take precedence and the signage must be obeyed.
- No parking will be allowed on city streets upon 2 or more inches of snow. Vehicle information called in or submitted online will be voided/rejected and vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed subject to ordinance.

6.2.02 LOCAL PARKING REGULATIONS:
A. ALL NIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED: It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park said vehicle on any street within the City of Country Club Hills between the hours of 3:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M., including State Highways within the jurisdiction of the city.
This ordinance shall not apply to physicians on emergency cases nor to any emergency vehicles while engaged in emergency duties, or to a disabled vehicle while temporarily and unavoidably parked; provided, however, that in no case shall a disabled vehicle remain on any street longer than a twenty four (24) hour period; and provided, further, that notice of disability of said vehicle shall be given to the Police Department.
Special permission may be granted for 3 consecutive days of overnight parking only, at the discretion of the Police Department.
A property owner overnight may park his or her vehicle in front of that owner’s house for three (3) days in any thirty (30) day period.
