April 4 – April 10

ID THEFT:  A person reported a unknown person opened a cable account in their name and charged $500 to the account on April 4th.

RETAIL THEFT:  Kathleen Hensley, 67, of the 14900 block of Cicero Ave, Oak Forest, was charged with retail theft after stealing a $71 video converter on April 4th, at Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

WARRANT ARREST:  Kris Shelton, 19, of the 3400 block of Woodworth Pl, Hazel Crest, was charged with retail theft after stealing a $58 electronic adapter and arrested on 3 traffic warrants issued by Countryside PD on April 4th, at Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

CANNABIS ARREST:  Kevin Eggleston, 26, of the 18600 block of Oakwood Ave, was charged with possession of cannabis after a stop for an equipment and turn violation on April 5th, at 183rd St and Pulaski Ave.

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Adebayo Fatuki, 18, of the 800 block of Elder Rd, Homewood, was charged with driving on a suspended license after stop for driving without lights when required on April 5th, at 167th St and Briargate Dr.

DUI ARREST:  Nicole Green, of the 5200 block of May, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license after driving into a ditch on April 6th, at Cicero Ave and Flossmoor Rd.

WARRANT ARREST:  Derrick Larke, 28, of the 4400 block of 183rd St, was arrested on a domestic battery warrant issued by Glenwood PD on April 6th, at the police station, 3700 W. 175th Pl.

BATTERY ARREST:  Jeremiah Fair, 19, of the 200 block of Arrowhead, Park Forest, was charged with battery after punching a person on April 7th, at Tech and Trade, 4187 W. 183rd St.

REVOKED LICENSE:  Edward Curry, 64, of the 18000 block of Poplar Ln, was charged with driving on a revoked license after a stop for a license plate violation on April 7th, at 175th St and Anthony Ave.

FRAUD:  A fraudulent $800 check was reported cashed on April 8th, at the Currency Exchange, 4035 W. 183rd St.

TRESPASS ARREST:  Vaughn Scroggins, 33, of the 3600 block of Briar Ln, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, and trespassing after a call of  a disturbance on April 8th, at Bank of America, 4211 W. 167th St.

THEFT:  An employee reported rings were stolen off a desk on April 8th, at City Hall, 4200 W. 183rd St.

COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY:  A customer reported they received a counterfeit $100 bill while cashing a check on April 8th, at Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY:  A customer reported they received a counterfeit $5 bill after completing a purchase on April 8th, at Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

VEHICLE DAMAGED:  A windshield and multiple tires were reported damaged on a vehicle on April 8th, on the 19000 block of Cypress Ave.

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Azra Mattison, 50, of the 17700 block of Arlington Dr, was charged with driving on a suspended license and arrested on a South Holland PD driving while license suspended warrant after a stop for improper display of registration on April 10th, at 17th St and Country Club Dr.

CANNABIS ARREST:  Amid Brown, 21, of the 2700 block of Circle Dr, was charged with possession of cannabis after a suspicious vehicle investigation on April 10th, on the 3800 block of 168th St.

FELONY ARREST:  Kristen Hall, 29, of the 16800 block of Glen Oaks Dr, was charged with felony criminal sexual assault on April 10th, 2016.

TRESPASS TO VEHICLE:  A vehicle was found to be ransacked after the owner arrived home and observed the vehicle interior lights illuminated on April 10th, on the 18900 block of Willow Ave.
