PUBLIC NOTICE
Filing of Nominating Petitions for the April 6, 2027 Consolidated Election circulation period began August 25, 2026. The Offices to be filled are Mayor, City Clerk and Treasurer; all seats are four-year terms. The number of signatures for nomination is no less than 5%, and no more than 8% of the number of voters who cast ballots in the last Municipal Election {10 ILCS 5/10-3}. There were 2,359 ballots cast in 2023.

can be downloaded.
To obtain information and forms for filling the Statement of Economic Interest visit the Cook County Clerk’s Office at www.cookcountyclerkil.gov Filing period for the April 6, 2027 Consolidated Election is November 16, 2026 through November 23, 2026.
