DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED REGISTRATION: Brizhane Smith (24), of the 300 block of 17th Street, Chicago Heights, was cited for driving with suspended registration and speeding after a traffic stop near the intersection of 177th Street & Cicero Avenue.
