The City of Country Club Hills Patrol Division is headed by Captain A. Anderson. The Patrol Division operates 24 hours a day and is comprised of 3 shifts. These Officers are the primary responders of calls for service within the City.
Along with responding to calls the patrol division conducts traffic enforcement with the primary goals of reducing traffic accidents and injuries through enforcement of state and local traffic laws. The Division has Officers that are also trained as State Certified Accident Investigators, and are members of the Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team (S.M.A.R.T). The Patrol Division also contains State Certified Truck Enforcement Officers who conduct inspection of commercial vehicles for safety/weight violations, and State Certified Child Passenger Seat Technicians who assist parents with proper child restraint installations by appointment. Patrol also contains Officers who are part of the South Suburban Emergency Response Team (S.S.E.R.T) which is a tactical unit that responds to critical incidents and Evidence Technicians who process crime scenes and collect evidence.
