The Neighborhood Response Team (NRT) is a specialized unit within the Patrol Division of the Country Club Hills Police Department. It operates on the basis of community-policing and crime prevention principles. The NRT is responsible for resolving various neighborhood concerns ranging from minor and chronic neighborhood nuisances to criminal matters.  Its primary functions are to strengthen community partnerships and develop problem-solving strategies within the City of Country Club Hills. The goal of the NRT is to proactively address the immediate conditions that give rise to public safety and quality of life issues such as crime, social disorder, and fear of crime.

NRT Officers have been geographically assigned to specific areas within the City. Each area consists of Residences, Businesses, Churches and Schools.  Always dial 9-1-1 for emergencies and “in-progress” incidents.
