AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL USE OF WEAPON: Officers were dispatched to the 4700 block of 185th Pl after receiving a call of subjects possibly armed with firearms walking towards Cicero Ave. Upon arrival in the area, officers observed a group of males matching the description provided. Further investigation of those subjects found one of the males, Anthony Amerson (18) of Country Club Hills carrying a concealed firearm on his person. Amerson did not have a valid FOID or CCL status. He was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Officers were dispatched to the area of 175th and Pulaski Rd to regarding a female subject reporting that she was the victim of domestic battery. Once located in the parking lot of Country Pantry, 4001 W. 175th St, the female victim related that she was slapped in the face by Lonnie Hardy (41) of Richton Park. She stated that Hardy left the area. Once located, Hardy was taken into custody and charged with domestic battery.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 4100 block of 178th St regarding a report of criminal damage to property that just occurred. Upon arrival, officers observed the damaged vehicle and were able to obtain a vehicle description as well as a physical description of the subjects involved. Upon checking the area, officers located a vehicle matching the description provided, as well as the suspect, Jada Mitchell (19) of Hazel Crest. Mitchell was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Damage to Property.

TRAFFIC STOP: While performing traffic enforcement in the area of 183rd and Baker, an officer observed a vehicle driving eastbound faster than the posted speed limit. Upon initiating a traffic stop, it was learned that the driver Dijon Shields (22) of Hazel Crest did not have valid insurance, and his vehicle’s registration was suspended. He was arrested and cited for Speeding, No valid insurance, and Suspended Registration.

BATTERY: Officers were dispatched to Country Club Hills Tech and Trade regarding a report of battery. Upon further investigation, it was learned that a 13-year-old female juvenile of Calumet City threw water on a teacher and struck said teacher with a plastic water bottle. The juvenile was arrested and charged as a juvenile with battery.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 4900 block of 187th St regarding a report of domestic battery. Upon further investigation of the incident, it was learned that Ryan Pieper (26) of Country Club Hills struck a co-habitant in the residence in the face with a shoe and his fist. He was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Officers were dispatched to the Tesla Charging Station located at 4021 W. 167th St regarding reports of a fight involving a male pushing a female to the ground. After further investigation of the incident, Andre Collins (40) of Chicago was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery.

TRAFFIC STOP: While on patrol in the area of 171st Pl and Pulaski, an officer observed a vehicle conduct an improper turn. Upon initiating a stop on the vehicle, the officer learned that the driver was not valid, and the vehicle’s registration had been suspended. The driver, Andre Barbee (36) of Country Club Hills was issued citations for Revoked Driver’s License, Suspended Vehicle Registration, and Improper Turn.

TRAFFIC STOP: While on patrol in the area of Highland Pl. and Springfield Ave., an officer observed a vehicle parked facing the wrong direction. The vehicle was observed to be running and occupied. Upon further investigation it was learned that the driver, Desean Robinson (18) of Country Club Hills, had a suspended license and did not have proof of insurance for the vehicle. He was arrested and charged with the parking violation, as well as driving on a Suspended License, and No Proof of Insurance.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE: Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 4300 block of 182nd Pl regarding a domestic dispute. After further investigation of the incident, Garnett Ellis (40) of Chicago Heights, was arrested and charged with a local ordinance violation, Criminal Trespass to Residence, and Resisting a Peace Officer.
