POLICE BLOTTER: June 15 – June 22

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY: A residence was broken into and property was disturbed June 21 on the 19300 block of Oakwood Ave.

THEFT: A basketball hoop was stolen June 21 from a driveway on the 18900 block of Cedar Ave.

WARRANT ARREST: Davi N McDonald, 21, of the 14700 block of Edbrook, Dolton, was arrested June 21 on the 16900 block of Glen Oaks Dr on a Will County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense.

THEFT ARREST: Jarvay D Jackson, 21, of the 2300 block of Windsor Ln, Country Club Hills, was charged with theft June 21 after stealing keys and a credit card from a residence on the 4300 block of 189th St.

DUI: Joseph M Contreras, 29, of the 200 block of Tahoe, Chicago Heights, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding June 21 on the 18300 block of Pulaski Ave.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Raven A McGriff, 25, of the 4100 block of Lakeview Dr, Country Club Hills, was charged with driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle with suspended registration June 21 at Lakeview Dr and Pulaski Ave.

DUI: Jason A Clark, 37, of the 16700 block of Gentry Ln, Tinley Park, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and aggravated speeding June 20 on the 16700 block of Cicero Ave.

THEFT: Copper piping and a hot water tank were stolen from a residence on the 4000 block of 172nd Pl, a homeowner reported on June 19.

CANNABIS ARREST: Loren Robinson, 41, of the 17600 block of Springfield Ave, Country Club Hills, was charged with possession of cannabis during a traffic stop on the 18200 block of Pulaski Ave.

RETAIL THEFT: Lameisha Moon, 19, of the 1600 block of Harvard, Calumet City, was charged with retail theft after stealing $13 worth of hair products June 18 from Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

THEFT: Copper piping was stolen from a residential air conditioning unit on the 16900 block of Sunset Ridge, a homeowner reported on June 18.

THEFT: Multiple industrial back-up batteries were taken from a business on the 4900 block of Wilshire Blvd, an employee reported on June 18.

THEFT: A misplaced cell phone was stolen from a business on the 18200 block of Pulaski Ave, a customer reported on June 18.

DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: A vehicle owner observed an unclothed subject jumping on the roof of their vehicle causing damage June 17 on the 18100 block of Baker Ave.

RETAIL THEFT: Eric L. Lankford, 24, of the 16800 block of Bulger Ave, Hazel Crest, was charged with retail theft June 17 after stealing $136 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: A window was damaged by a brick June 17 on the 19000 block of Amlin Ln.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: A tote bag and cell phone were stolen June 16 from an unsecure vehicle on the 5000 block of 179th St.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Aricka N. Smith, 20, of the 9000 block of Ada Ave, Chicago was charged with driving with a suspended license and having expired registration June 16 on the 18200 block of Pulaski Ave.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Orell D. Fisher, 27, of the 18000 block of Ravisloe Terr, Country Club Hills was charged with driving with a suspended license and disobeying a stop sign June 16 at 183rd St and Baker Ave.

THEFT: A subject ran off with a cell phone after asking the owner to borrow it to make a call June 15 on the 18300 block of Pulaski Ave.
