The women’s self defense and conditioning class will cover basic techniques for self protection. This class will cover situational awareness, body positioning, offense/defensive strikes, counter attacks, and combat conditioning.
Participants should bring workout attire, boxing/training gloves, hand wraps and a willingness to learn
