Adult boxing and conditioning class is an introduction
into the “SWEET SCIENCE” in which the art of boxing is called. Students will learn to master the basic punches, defenses and how to apply these techniques in a crisis. This class also focuses on physical conditioning which is crucial to one’s survival and health purposes. The instructor will challenge students to push themselves through fatigue as they learn to master the “SWEET SCIENCE”. All students should bring hand wraps, gloves, and a willingness to learn for this class.
Participants must bring boxing gloves and hand wraps: (items can be purchased at Wal-Mart or Dicks Sporting Goods shopping centers. Please consult with your physician before engaging in any physical activity.
