January 16th

VEHICLE THEFT:  A vehicle left running in a driveway was stolen on the
16700 block of Butterfield Dr.

THEFT:  A homeowner reported unknown subjects they allowed inside
their residence stole their wallet on the 4600 block of 185th Pl.

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Janelle Orr, 27, of the 13600 block of Kildare
Ave, Crestwood, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended
license and not wearing a seatbelt after a stop for speeding at 183rd
St and Pulaski Rd.

RETAIL THEFT:  Marlene Witt, 58, of the 18600 block of Keeler Ave, was
charged with retail theft after failing to pay for $65 worth of
groceries at Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

TRESPASS ARREST:  Andre Jean, 36, of the 19300 block of Wildwood Ave,
Lansing, was charged with trespass to real property after refusing to
leave a home on the 18000 block of Edwards Ave.

January 17th

ID THEFT:  A person reported they learned numerous accounts had been
opened by unknown subjects using their identity after receiving a
letter from the US Department of Justice.

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Dawan Ford, 20, of the 900 block of School Ave,
Matteson, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop
for failing to wear a seat belt at 175th St and Pulaski Rd.

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Torri Dillon, 50, of the 400 block of Sibley Blvd,
Calumet City was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended
license and being uninsured after stop for a lane violation at 167th
St and Pulaski Rd.

DUI ARREST:  Crystal Robinson, 22, of the 23000 block of Farm Trace
Dr, Richton Park, was charged with driving under the influence of
alcohol, illegal transport of liquor, and improper stopping after
being observed slumped behind the wheel of her vehicle on Pulaski Rd
at 183rd St.

January 18th

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A wallet was stolen from a vehicle on the 4200
block of 187th St.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A purse was stolen from unlocked vehicle on the
3900 block of 168th Pl.

January 20th

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  Clothing and bags were stolen from a vehicle parked
in a driveway on the 17600 block of Sycamore Ave.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A phone was stolen from a vehicle as the owner ran
inside their residence on the 4200 block of 179th St for a couple
minutes.

TRESPASS TO VEHICLE:  Subjects were observed going through the
interior of a vehicle on the 3900 block of 169th St.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A window was damaged and a purse was stolen from a
vehicle on the 4400 block of 177th St.

RETAIL THEFT:  A guitar was reported stolen at Guitar Center, 4271 W. 167th St.

NO LICENSE:  Reginald Harris, 21, of the 7000 block of Perry Ave,
Chicago, was charged with driving without a license, being uninsured,
and improper passing after a stop for a sign violation at 171st St and
Wildewood Ave.

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Trevon Huddleston, 25, of the 18900 block of
Anthony Ave, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended
license after disobeying a stop sign on 186th Pl and Willow Ave.

January 21st

THEFT:  A package containing a phone was reported intercepted by a
unknown person during delivery to its residence on the 18000 block of
Kostner Ave.

FIREARM ARREST:  Reginald Taylor, 21, of the 17800 block of Arlington
Ave, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon after officers located
a handgun in his possession during a vehicle stop at Applebee’s, 4029
W. 167th St.

January 22nd

WARRANT ARREST:  Tayjoine Nathan, 18, of the 21700 block of Knollwood
Dr, Plainfield, was arrested for an Illinois State Police warrant and
Jacqueline Tooks, 19, of the 16900 block of Old Elm Dr, was charged
with being unlicensed and uninsured after a stop for an equipment
violation at Appletree Dr and Laurel Ln.

BATTERY ARREST:  Demetrius Walton, 30, of the 4100 block of 192nd Pl,
was charged with battery after grabbing a person by the neck and
dragging them.

January 23rd

CAR JACKING ATTEMPT:  A person reported a subject with a handgun
demanded their vehicle keys at Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

THEFT: An employee’s phone was reported stolen at Tech and Trade, 4187
W. 183rd St.

THEFT:  Multiple packages listed as delivered were never received by
the purchaser on the 18100 block of Soleri Dr.

BATTERY ARREST:  Latise FLowers, 24, of the 17600 block of Springfield
Ave, was charged with battery after scratching a person in the face
during an argument. on the 4400 block of Gatling Blvd.

January 24th

WARRANT ARREST: Denisha Cook, 20, of the 13700 block of Wabash,
Riverdale, was arrested on a Cook County traffic warrant during a stop
for a registration violation at 172nd St and Pulaski Rd.

RETAIL THEFT:  A smart watch on display was stolen at AT&T, 4003 W. 167th St.

VEHICLE TRESPASS:  A vehicle was found ransacked with contents left in
a neighboring yard on the 17500 block of Baker Ave.

SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT:  A masked subject carrying a bag was observed
checking vehicles on the 17700 block of Sycamore Ave.

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Jasmine Cobbs, 20. of the 400 block of 163rd St,
South Holland, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a
stop for disobeying a traffic sign at 167th St and Pulaski Rd.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ARREST:  Sean Turner, 22, of the 18300 block of
Torrence Ave, Lansing, was arrested on a Will County warrant and
charged with criminal damage to property and trespassing after
breaking a window and entering a residence on the 17500 block of
Winston Dr.

January 25th

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A vehicle radio was stolen and the ignition was
damaged on a vehicle on the 4400 block of Provincetown Dr.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A wallet and cellphone was stolen from a vehicle as
the owner briefly went inside their residence on the 4600 block of
176th Pl.

January 26th

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Roderick Gilbert, 22, of the 18000 block of State
Line Ave, Lansing, was charged with driving on a suspended license
after a call of a disturbance at Applebees, 4029 W. 167th St.

January 27th

SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT:  A subject was observed tampering in vehicles and
running through yards on the 17500 block of Maple Ave.

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Lilton Crider, 19, of the 18500 block of Kedzie
Ave, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop for
a registration violation on the 19200 block Chestnut Ave.

January 28th

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:  A person was approached by a subject with a
raised handgun as they entered their residence on the 3800 block of
168th St.

NO DRIVER LICENSE:  Guadalupe Trinidad, 21, of the 18000 block John
Ave, was charged with operating a vehicle without a license after a
stop for speeding on the 17500 block of Cicero Ave.

January 31st

RETAIL THEFT:  A person in the drive-thru drove away with food after
providing a declined credit card at Dunkin Donuts, 4021 W. 183rd St.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A loaded suitcase was stolen from a vehicle on the
17400 block of Eastgate Dr.

RETAIL THEFT:  A bottle of liquor was stolen by a customer at Cardinal
Liquors, 4047 W. 183rd St.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle on
the 4100 block of 191st Ct.

ARMED ROBBERY:  A pizza delivery driver reported he was robbed by a
subject with a handgun on the 18500 block of Walnut Ave.

OBSTRUCTION ARREST:  Joseph Garner, 19, of the 17000 block of Magnolia
Dr, Hazel Crest, was charged with retail theft after stealing video
games and providing a false name to officers at Walmart, 4005 W. 168th
Pl.

February 1st

NO LICENSE:  Faye Kilpatrick, 20, of the 14500 block of Union Ave, was
charged with driving without a license after a stop for a registration
violation on the 4200 of 167th Pl.

February 2nd

THEFT:  A person’s wallet was snatched out of their hand as they
walked from their vehicle to Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A purse and tablet were stolen from a vehicle on
the 17400 block of Eastgate Dr.

February 3rd

FRAUD:  A business owner reported a counterfeit $120,000 check was
issued to him by a client who contacted him via email.

February 4th

SUSPENDED LICENSE:  Sharief Blackmon, 20, of the 4500 block of 185th
St, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop for
an equipment violation on the 4100 block of 183rd St.

February 5th

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked on the
4100 block of 195th St.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  Loose change was reported stolen from a vehicle
parked in a lot of the 19400 block of Cypress Ave.

TRESPASS TO VEHICLE:  A vehicle owner reported their vehicle had been
gone through by an unknown person on the 4000 block of 192nd Pl.

February 6th

THEFT:  A parcel reported delivered to the front door of a residence
was reported stolen by a homeowner on the 18700 block of Welch Way.

PHONE SCAM:  A person reported they sent multiple electronic
transactions totaling $5,000 to multiple unknown subjects after they
received a phone call stating they had won $7,000,000 and had to pay
processing fees.

DUI ARREST:  Michael Bryant, 44, of the 300 block of 111th Pl,
Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol,
improper lane use, and being uninsured after driving into a mailbox on
the 4300 block of 186th St.

WARRANT ARREST:  Joseph Haney, 22, of the 4500 block of 185th Pl, was
arrested on Illinois Department of Corrections warrant after being
observed sleeping outside a residence.

BATTERY ARREST:  Michael Jones, 31, of the 10000 block of Green,
Chicago, was charged with battery after causing injury to a person
during a physical altercation on the 17800 block of Baker Ave.

February 7th

COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY:  A person attempted to complete a purchase using
a counterfeit note at McDonald’s, 4239 W. 167th St.

THEFT:  A $1,500 guitar was reported stolen from Guitar Center, 4271
W. 167th St.

ARSON:  Multiple vehicles were set on fire during the afternoon hours
on the 18000 block of Olympia Dr.

February 8th

THEFT:  An employee reported a customer stole their phone off a table
and ran from the area at Marcus Theater, 4201 W. 167th St.

RETAIL THEFT:  Anthony Needom, 54, of the 16100 block of Poplar Ave,
Markham, was charged with retail theft after stealing headphones and
shoes valued at $55 from Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

February 10th

ASSAULT ARREST:  Cordero Coleman, 27, of the 17100 block of Orchard
Ln, was charged with assault after threatening to batter a person with
a cane on the 3900 block of Timberlea Ct.

NO DRIVER LICENSE:  Christian Johnson, 24, of the 17000 block of Pine
Ct, Hazel Crest, was charged with driving without a valid license
after a stop for speeding on the 4100 block of 183rd St.

February 11th

HOME BURGLARY:  A firearm was reported stolen from a residence on the
18700 block of Baker Ave.

BATTERY ARREST:  Joseph Sanders, 56, of the 17700 block of Oakwood
Ave, was charged with battery after punching and kicking a person.

February 12th

THEFT:  A phone was reported stolen during a gathering at a home on
the 4900 block of Mary Ct.

VEHICLE BURGLARY:  Plaques were reported stolen from an unsecure
vehicle at Walmart, 4005 W. 168th Pl.

VEHICLE DAMAGED:  A brick was thrown through the window of a vehicle
on the 4100 block of 186th Pl.
