Note: There is a limit to 15 persons per class. Attendees will be chosen on a first come first served basis.
Until further notice, only individuals renewing their rental license are permitted to take the 4-hour Crime-Free Rental Housing Seminar at this time. Landlords and property managers who have already completed the 4-hour seminar are eligible to complete the Refresher Training if their current seminar certificate is expired. Individuals needing to complete the Refresher Training should indicate their request in the Additional Info section of this form.
